Brynna Tucker recently joined the Brooklyn Public Library as the BKLYN Incubator Manager with over fifteen years of experience in the practice.
Prior to BPL, Tucker previously worked as the Associate Director of the Center for Career Development at Pratt Institute, where she helped professionals including activists, artists, and entrepreneurs navigate unchartered career paths. In 2015, Tucker built an incubator program called The Refinery, which helps creative professionals turn ideas into viable businesses.
She holds a Master of Science in Art History and a Master of Fine Arts in New Forms from Pratt Institute; a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth; and a Certificate in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Hunter College.
