Jasmin Jodry is a creative director and director in the advertising, branding, film, and entertainment industry with prominent clients worldwide. She has a profound understanding of design, typography, motion graphics, 3-D animation, visual effects, live action, and experiential and interactive business. Jodry’s artistic interests lie in dreaming up surreal worlds and vivid narratives by uniting filmmaking, music, and avant-garde technology in a commercial as well as artistic context with high-end finish.
Highlights of her work include a 3-D projection mapping experience for Land Rover; brand experiences for Jaguar, Samsung, Sony, and Phillips; concert visuals for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, Ke$ha, and Michael Jackson; and film title sequences for Spiderman, Normal, Monsoon Wedding, Charlie’s Angels, and Harry Potter. Jodry has been nominated and won several Emmy Awards and international film festival competitions, such as Portobello Film Festival, Clermont Ferrand Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, and Art Directors Club. Her short films have been regularly screened in most major film festivals since 2001 and exhibited in numerous group shows in London. Prestigious magazines have featured her work, including Artforum, Creative Review, RES, Idea, and Promo News. She has given lectures in Los Angeles, London, and Berlin. Jodry holds an MA in Communication & Design from London’s Royal College of Art and a BA in Graphic Design from the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles.
