Shannon Washington, who was named a ‘Next Gen CEO’ by Refinery 29, is Senior Creative Director at INVNT, where she strategizes live integrated and digital media experiences for brands and organizations like Intel, PepsiCo, and The American Institute of Architects, as well as with Time Inc with media partners including People, InStyle, StyleWatch, and Essence Magazine. In her career, she has driven integrated and digital creatives for lifestyle consumer brands including Maybelline, Perrier, Pantene and DIAGEO, and more.

Washington is the co-founder of PARLOUR, a digitally-led, multimedia platform dedicated to Black women and travel that has become the leading voice within that space. Inspired by PARLOUR, Washington also created Feminist Enough, a storytelling project aimed at giving women of color a voice within the feminist conversation. In addition to digital platform creation, Washington is also a proud founding member of ARTNOIR, a collective of global culturalists and creatives, and the Vanguard, an auxiliary group of the Museum of African Diaspora in San Francisco.
