MAKE/MODEL was a guided hackathon program focused on giving participants a hands-on glimpse into the design and manufacturing process via a series of workshops that took place at A/D/O (Greenpoint, Brooklyn) from February 2 to February 4.
Co-developed by NEW INC and A/D/O, and part of a greater Futureworks and NYCEDC initiative to support design, fabrication and advanced manufacturing in New York City, the event brought together one hundred participants to prototype projects and develop ideas together around the theme of ”Future Urban Living.”
