Bruce Nussbaum

Bruce Nussbaum works in the intersection of art, economics and power. He is a Mentor-In-Residence at NEW INC, the art/tech incubator where he advises on scaling and reframing. Nussbaum is author of Creative Intelligence, an analysis of the flow of creativity. He is a former professor of design and innovation at Parsons The New School of Design, and assistance managing editor at Business Week, where he was Editorial Page Editor. He is founder of the Nussbaum-On-Design blog, Inside Innovation, a quarterly online magazine and the S&P Innovation Index. He blogs on Medium and Fast Company, where he wrote “Is Humanitarian Design The New Imperialism?” Nussbaum was in the Peace Corps and taught third grade science in the Philippines.
