As a business consultant and urban planner at Urbane, Androniki’s experience sits at the intersection of democratizing ownership, business design and place-based initiatives. She is an entrepreneur and strategist with a career spanning pioneering CPG brands, artist consulting, economic development and real estate, community food systems, workforce pathway design and more. Her practice centers on understanding rich qualitative data and working closely with place-based stakeholders to design programs, pathways and economic opportunities that meet their vision. She is co-founder of the Beautifully Fed Food (BFF) worker cooperative and lead workforce ecosystem planner for UpTop Music Lab. Androniki is a mycelium enthusiast and resolute believer in New York’s green industrial future.
