Christian Black
Christian Black is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in Music Production & Performance, Graphic & Product Design, and Robotics. At Wesleyan University, he founded the Black Arts Collective, a collective of poets, visual artists, and musicians which staged performances and galleries in Middletown, CT. He has performed and recorded with the jazz-poetry band Heroes Are Gang Leaders and writes, records, and performs his own music in NYC. At Yale University, he studied Biotechnology, Product Design, Energy Devices, and Robotics while creating computer models for a novel medical device designed to prevent the formation of scar tissue.
