Amanda Schochet
Amanda Schochet is the Co-Founder of MICRO, a fleet of six-foot-tall science museums designed to transform public spaces and increase access to fundamental scientific knowledge. A former computational ecologist and researcher for USAID and NASA, Schochet draws inspiration from the systems she spent years studying to create a new kind of educational institution. Schochet is excited to share what she's learned about fundraising, building a strong team, communicating complex technical topics to a broad audience, and thoughtful design of public programming with the superstars of NEW INC.
