Karen Yau Østensjø is a Lead Experience Designer at BCG Digital Ventures with expertise in the development of brand experiences and identities across a wide range of industries for Fortune 500, startups, and non-profit clients. Prior to working at BCG Digital Ventures, she led large corporate programs and creative teams at Landor Associates, Interbrand, and Brand Union. She is most passionate about building businesses from the ground up to create purposeful and meaningful solutions that improve people’s lives—transforming industries at the intersection of business, brand, and product.
