Kristin Gutekunst
Kristin is a social impact producer and project manager adept in the development of high-level advocacy strategies, exhibitions, public engagement initiatives, grassroots mobilization, and innovative communications such as immersive and new media. She recently Co-Founded Overview Collective, a vocational and educational platform that uses immersive multimedia and offline community building to spur awareness and action in sustainable development. Prior to this, she worked at the UN for 8 years in campaigning for development. She produced four 360’ VR films for the UN, and served as associate producer and strategic advisor on many more in the UNVR’s portfolio - a program she co-founded and led as Executive Producer. She was a leader in the grassroots citizen engagement during the SDG deliberation process, spearheaded the UN’s foray into transmedia campaigning around the SDGs, helped introduce new media influencers into the UN’s outreach strategy, and launched the UN’s first AR experience.
