Melinda Wang
Melinda Wang is a startup advisor, angel investor, contemporary art curator and corporate lawyer. She is an advisor to startups in the fintech, blockchain-based technology, VR/AR and mediatech spaces, and is an active angel investor. She is part of Pipeline Angels and a steering committee member of Princeton Alumni Angels. Wang is also the Founder of MW Projects, a cultural production and art advisory firm dedicated to bringing contemporary art to historic sites and liminal spaces. She was previously the Executive Director of NYAEA and founded Equity Gallery on the Lower East Side. Wang has practiced corporate and securities law since 2002, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and corporate finance. She also serves as outside general counsel to emerging and established businesses at every stage of their life-cycle. She was previously Senior Vice President at XL Group and associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
