Preeti Sodhi
Preeti Sodhi is an urban planner and consultant who helps communities actualize their own vision for their built environment. With 10+ years working with neighborhoods across NYC, she understands the importance of cultivating strategies that cater to specific community stated needs. As the Project Director at Spaceworks, she led the development of cultural facilities that provided free/low-cost workspace for 20,000+ NYC artists & residents. As a Design Fellow with Architecture for Humanity, she directed the redevelopment of the LES Skatepark thru a public private partnership with Nike and the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. Preeti is also the Founder of Hello Voter, a civic engagement initiative connecting New Yorkers with local government through voter registration and education workshops.
