Stephen Spyropoulos

Stephen Spyropoulos is an artist and designer who co-founded the internationally recognized experimental architecture and design studio Minimaforms. Using design as a mode of enquiry, the studio explores architecture and design than can enable new forms of communication. Embracing a generative and behavioral approach the studio develops open systems that construct participatory and interactive frameworks that engage the everyday. The work of Minimaforms is in the permanent collections of the FRAC Centre (France) and has been exhibited at the MoMA, Barbican Centre, Detroit Institute of Arts. In 2008 their project Memory Cloud was named one of the top ten international art installations by the Telegraph. In addition, Stephen is a design leader with deep experience in Human-Centered Design. He has developed and scaled teams at hypergrowth organizations and is currently a VP of Product Design at Compass. Stephen has also taught design at Rutgers University.
