Phil Weiss
Phil Weiss (he/him/his) is an attorney who serves as outside general counsel to small businesses and startup ventures. Phil has been representing and incubating digital agencies, production companies, tech startups, artists, and developers since 2012, with a focus on contract negotiations, intellectual property, and corporate matters. Over the course of his career, Phil has negotiated thousands of deals of all types, including seed financing, digital entertainment productions, commercial contracts, leases, and employment matters. In his spare time, Phil is an amateur web developer, gamer, DJ, cellist, and father. He is also founder of the international organization Legal Hackers.
