Radhika Agarwal
Radhika Agarwal is a Creative Director and Product Strategist based in NYC. She is the Founder of Reground Design, a practice focused on developing implementable solutions to civic challenges in healthcare, education, human migration and community resilience. With diverse experiences in robotics, strategy, design, biology and music, Radhika brings an interdisciplinary approach to every challenge. Having grown up in Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong, her approach is influenced by strong cultural awareness, building partnerships that encourage collaboration and leverage existing infrastructure. Radhika has driven design and development at organizations including McKinsey, R/GA, frog design, WeWork and Catapult Design. Radhika is also a filmmaker and visiting faculty member at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
